Experience and explore Sweden from the South tip to the North point far above the Polar Circle. Between those two extremes is the entire country of Sweden in full spring blossom; and you will be riding your bike through it all! This is the ultimate training experience for any serious cyclist or triathlete!
We are offering two weeks of fully catered training and an adventure you´re soon to forget…
Triathlon of Sweden will depart from Helsingborg.
From there we´ll be working our way north while experiencing the vast and wild nature of the Swedish countryside. We will actually end up in Narvik, Norway, just to add some international flavour! The two last weeks of May will offer Sweden in its brightest colours with spring transforming forests and farmland into a lush green and bright delight. You will explore the rich diversity of Swedish nature and by the time we reach our final destination you´ll have biked through and past everything from deep forests sprinkled with a thousand lakes and stunning coastal views to the snowcovered mountains of the North with the only other traffic on the roads being hearded reindeer! A special treat of the North is also the Midnight Sun! With an abundance of sunlight we can extend any training day far into the night just for the sheer fun of it!
Our mission statement is to offer a top-notch training camp with an all-inclusive concept spiced with an unique experience of Sweden from all views possible; food, culture, history and nature. And the people of Sweden of course! The total distance to be covered is roughly 2200 kilo-metres or 1400 miles with daily stages ranging between 100 and 280 kilometres including one day of rest.

In addition to the daily bikeride we´ll also be offering swim- and run options for triathletes joining our tour. We will have vehicles to transport our luggage from point-to-point every day and we rest and eat at Scandic Hotel all through the tour except for the last three days. You will also enjoy the extensive goodiebag
from our sponsors and the seminars on training and nutrition as well as the planned excursions to some of the most pivotal places and moments in Swedish history!

A: No! It´s a training camp aimed at offering a fun, stimulating and very Swedish experience!

Q: What kind of weather will we face?
A: Anything from the best to the worst…Beautiful summer days may further north turn in to cold and rain. Maybe even some snow! It´s all part of the charm so be sure to bring a variety of clothing?

Q: Where do we travel to?
A: Either to Malmö in the south of Sweden or Gothenburg. We will arrange pick-up and drop-off from Gothenburg Airport (Landvetter).
Q: How do we travel back home after the camp?

"I cannot recommend the Colting Camp highly enough. Everything about the camp was first rate; the routes, hotels, food and coaches. The challenge of cycling the entire length of Sweden was audacious and had the feel of a real adventure. I was never sure if I could actually do it, but felt like I had to keep going in order to arrive at each day's destination under my own power. It was a block of training that I could never have achieved on my own. Sweden is a beautiful country to experience by bicycle, and Jonas it a fabulous coach and inspiration. There's just enough support out on the road to make the task possible, but never too much to make the camp just another cycling tour / vacation. It is a true TRAINING camp.
